  • Job Description

    Project responsibilities - liaison between tech team and PM, liaison between tech team and QA:
    - support responsibilities - manages the Service Now ticket queue; helps assign the work to the developers and follows up; and communicates with the customers, raises concerns or questions to management
    - contributes and oversees run books and play books - assist with initial creation and ongoing updates
    - schedule and facilitate meetings as needed - can be project, support, team meetings
    - carry out admin tasks associated with onboarding new resources, and securing necessary role provisioning, tools and licensing for team
    - can represent change requests at CAB meetings if developers are unavailable
    - ensure that Jira defects are assigned to appropriate developers and being worked and updated
    - assist developers in interpreting business requirements/user stories, acceptance criteria
    - ensure that code reviews are being completed
    - help remove impediments for team
    - assist with ServiceNow updates - CMDB, team member updates, perhaps on-call schedules

    Job Requirements

     

    • Bachelor's degree

    • At least five years of work experience in a related field

    • Must possess IT industry knowledge

    • Must possess well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity to interpret complex concepts and information

    • Must possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service

    • Ability to adjust approach to meet all types of customer communication styles, preferences, and management levels

    • Must possess exceptional and clear interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

    • Must be a self-starter and be highly flexible and adaptable

    • Must be highly organized and have excellent follow-up skills

    • Must be comfortable with challenging the status quo and championing change

    • Ability to work well with others, promoting healthy relationships and building strong team dynamics

    • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes

    • Ability to understand the impact of changes in business strategy

    • Ability to think abstractly, identifies patterns, and generates ideas and solutions

    • Maintains a calming demeanor in fast moving situations
