    Job Description

    The individual selected for this internship will be responsible for supporting the Southeast Toyota Finance, Human Resources department. This internship will provide an individual the opportunity  to gain exposure to multiple disciplines within the Human Resources groups.


    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 

    • Providing assistance with all areas of HR including associate relations
    • Maintaining HR compliance and filing systems
    • Assisting in recruitment efforts
    • Researching and collecting data for various HR projects
    • Providing assistance with new hire orientation programs
    • Supporting our HR team with special projects
    • End of Internship Presentation




    Job Requirements

    • Must have high school diploma or equivalent 
    • Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited college or university with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
    • Completed at least one semester of study at an accredited college or university
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
    • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to apply creative problem solving techniques and independently manage assigned responsibilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
