The JM Family Talent Acquisition (TA) team functions as part of the JM Family HR Operations team. The TA team provides talent acquisition advising, project management, data solutions, TA technology system support and recruiting services to the JM Family business units including: JM Family Corporate, SET Deerfield/Field, Datascan Field, JM Lexus, JM&A Group and Information Technology Services.
As a key leader on our Human Resources team, the Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise wide talent acquisition strategies. This position is accountable for managing company-wide efforts to ensure that talent acquisition strategies are developed pragmatically, managed using a data-driven focus and are aligned to our businesses strategies.
This role provides leadership and consultation at all levels of the organizations to identify and help align people and business strategies for maximum impact. The director will have a proven ability to lead large, complex organizational change initiatives through effective influence-based leadership. The successful person for this role will be a futurist grounded by data, who builds strong partnerships across teams and senior stakeholders to advance the company’s talent needs.
