    Job Description

    In this role, you will lead a team of IAM analysts providing leadership, direction, planning, execution and management of the organization’s Information Security Identity and Access functions and supporting systems. Responsibilities will include: overall department management of staff; work load allocation; vendor relationships; support and development of IAM strategy and the related solutions/projects; organizational awareness, processes and procedures and compliance with audits/assessments related to security administration. 

    Working closely with the Director, Cyber Security Operations, the Identity and Access Manager will require coordination, planning and communication with all levels of the business, Project Management Office, and Information Technology teams to develop automated access provisioning solutions.  This manager will need to support after hours and weekend change schedules as necessary and must be able to demonstrate leadership, drive, and agility within the IAM.


    Desired Skills & Experience/Key Responsibilities

    • Individual should show a demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan and prioritize a varied workload related to Identity and Access management technologies working with all levels within the organization
    • Ability to manage the department’s strategic roadmap and all business related identity management integration projects
    • Ability to create and influence Identify and Access Management program at the enterprise level ensuring IAM Best Practices are being followed
    • Ensure compliance with audit requirements for security access and administration functions
    • Experience managing a high volume work load in both operational staffing and project management areas
    • Program/project management skills, including ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, metrics and progress reports/presentations
    • Experience with management of third party and off-shore engagements
    • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel in a cross-functional setting
    • Exceptional understanding of managing identity and access management technology solutions including integrations, application deployments and operational management
    • Experience with Windows, UNIX, Mainframe and/or other operating systems 
    • Strongly prefer experience with SailPoint products, Privilege Access Management solutions, AWS Cloud IAM best practices and multi-factor authentication solutions among other technologies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems preferred
    • Five+ years experience required in management of security administration operations, provisioning systems, tools and processes
    • CISSP certification preferred

    • Experience working with security software and tools
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude
    • Strong self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance and professionalism
    • In depth knowledge of Information risk concepts / relating business needs to security controls
    • Familiarity with legal/regulatory requirements like SOX, HIPAA
